Akil connected with the Chair of CEL Solicitors, leading to an opportunity to deliver a keynote speech. Impressed by his insights and approach, CEL Solicitors engaged Akil to consult on enhancing their staff engagement and goal-setting techniques.

During his consultancy, Akil worked closely with the Senior Leadership Team to review their existing strategies for staff engagement and goal setting. He also held discussions with the staff to understand their experiences in the workplace and identify opportunities for improvement.
